የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ በአንቀጽ 7 መሠረት ለሚከናወነው የመረጃ አሰባሰብ ሂደት የሚያስፈልገውን የቴክኒክ መዋቅር (Technical Schema) በይፋ አጽድቋል። በቅርቡ ከተከሰተው የ1.3 ቢሊዮን ብር የፋይናንስ ቀውስ እና የሥርዓት መስተጓጎል በኋላ፣ ይህንን መመሪያ ተግባራዊ ማድረግ ለማንኛውም የፋይናንስ ተቋም ግዴታ ሆኗል።

ይህ አዲስ መመሪያ ለቀጥታ የመረጃ ልውውጥ (Realtime Telemetry) የሚያስፈልጉ የJSON መስፈርቶችን እና የቴክኒክ የግንኙነት ሥርዓቶችን በዝርዝር ያስቀምጣል። የፋይናንስ ተቋማት የቁጥጥር ሥራውን ለማቀላጠፍ እና መሰል የገንዘብ ኪሳራዎችን አስቀድሞ ለመከላከል ሲባል፣ የግብይት መረጃዎችን በዝርዝር ለብሔራዊ ባንክ በወቅቱ የማስተላለፍ እና የመረጃ ሥርዓቶቻቸውን የማስተካከል ኃላፊነት ተጥሎባቸዋል።
